Hey guys, just adding my two cents that The Happiest Refugee was an excellent, interesting read if you're looking for something else! I did like it better than Lake of Dreams (although admittedly they are two very different styles and content)- it was really fascinating and insightful about the Vietnamese refugee experience in Australia.
