- Club meets once a month, typically the first Saturday of the month
- Each member takes a turn in nominating books and hosting the meet for the discussion of that book
- Members 'typically' host at their house
- A week before a book club meet, the next member in the cycle to host selects three books they wish to read and emails these to other members. Everyone votes which they would most like to read, and majority wins for the next selection. In occasion of a tie between choices, the host-member chooses.
- The book club is unthemed allowing a diverse range of selections; however, in one meet a member might select three books following a particular theme.
